Reception staff very friendly pleasant and extremely helpful lovely ladies. Have only dealt with one GP so far as I'm a new patient here but Dr Pattison was absolutely fantastic. Very supportive and understanding and went out of his way to assist with my complex circumstances. A very positive experience all round.

I really love this doctors. We moved here from Durham and honestly switching GPs has been the one of the best parts. The receptionists are so helpful they go above and beyond. Whenever anyone twists about doctor receptionists I think about the people we have and feel so grateful because the receptionists here are all saints.
