Sometimes hard to get through on the phone but so far North House Surgery have been very responsive and helpful for me and I have had more continuity in doctors seen than I had at my last surgery (constant locums). Can't comment on referrals to secondary care yet as I've not needed to be referred on since joining the clinic.
