Priory Medical Group - Heworth Green Surgery

Absolutely terrible. Tried to request a repeat prescription on line as usual but the service was unavailable. Managed to contact the surgery by 'phone to be told I'd have to call in. Arrived at 12.45pm to find they were closed for lunch! Welcome to the new third world a complete disgrace.

When i told them my pain was getting worse they said "that's just how life is now." Turns out it was chron's disease. Forgot to send my referral forms forgot to tell me my abnormal test results dismiss your pain offer you antidepressants like they're sweets and they don't take accountability. Incompetent and dangerous
