Wonderful medical Practice. I’ve never encountered anything but excellent care from the whole team. I needed to chase up a new repeat prescription that was initiated by a consultant at hospital. Process very straightforward without actually needing an appointment. Excellent communication and organisation from senior pharmacist Mr Hirri.

Reception staff are highly trained at being rude humiliating patients being snobby and gossiping at their desks. Forget about confidentiality. On the telephone it asks for us patients to be polite and considerate but that's a two way street!
