Super quick response when I emailed about a snagging mechanism in a snorkel tube. Sent it back and received a replacement really quickly. Old school customer service - great!
Great experience buying from Diving Direct. I called them on two occasions and they invested time in talking me through the various options and educating me as a newbie. Goods arrived promptly and I am delighted with their recommendations.
