DCC Customer Access Point

Had make an appointment then wait then appointment changed and told will be informed by phone and have received no callback..

i have been in the office 3 times this year and the girls aremost helpful and friendly and do a brilliant job nothing is too much trouble thank you

Only been to this office about 5 times but always found them extremely polite and helpful. If all public services were this good it would be great.
