Woman didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. Asked for a sample and she got it without saying a word. Terrible customer service.If you’re looking for fragrance advice I wouldn’t recommend going here. Miserable and silent.

This Works store is far to small and cramped compared to say the Metrocentre branch it really needs to move to a bigger location within the Galleries. Prices are also starting to increase! Staff at this store are usually polite.
