Been using them for 10 years. Needed to have braking problem on sons car looked at. Was told they couldn't look at it for 2 weeks and couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Booked in with local VW specialist within 3 days with follow up for service and MOT. Very disappointed. Not sure why this attitude but won't be back
