I phoned unit when I was not well and Claire was very helpful: got a message thru to the dr

phoned the renal unit upclaire for the oversees visitors.very unhelpful.said i need 6 weeks notice for them to take my husband.i even told her why we are going into england to bury my daughter but still she said they need 6 weeks!!!!what is going on there??no compashion at all.they have no stars from me.
