Newcastle Diabetes Centre

The staff seem quite capable and welcoming but they are let down by the management of the centre which is disorganised and sometimes shambolic. The unproffessional management attititude is a poor example to set to the nurses and other staff.

In my opinion it's the best worked and managed department of the NHS.ALL levels of staff appear to enjoy their jobs. All the staff are always willing to help listen provide assistance even when it's not part of their work.
