Got told I needed my Argos card to collect my order which I didn’t have but I did have ID and a photo of the card. Argos card sent to old address which I don’t have access to at present? now won’t answer the phone to help get this sorted. Can I come with ID to pick up my order??
Mark was excellent today helped me to my car with a TV and two baby gates put them in my car for me and even took my trolley back to get my token for me. Very good customer service with a smileThankyou Mark
