Poor customer service. Excused me of breaking the TV even if I didn’t do it if your buying something they are always happy to help but when returning they never let you manger is also very aggressive and never helpful. Never go to this shop you are better off going to curry’s for buying tech especially. Worst experience in my life.
Visited today to the store and had brilliant experience by getting assistance from Carli who was running the show on her own looking after multiple counters attending every customer and bearing a smile. She is an asset to the team store and to Argos. Thanks Carli.
