I have been experiencing difficulty with my TV aid and I 'phoned to ask for an engineer to visit.SurpriseSteven came within hours and I no longer have to rely on subtitles.The staff were helpful friendly and Stephen was kind and made sure I knew how to operate the system.What a difference to my quality of life. Thank you.
