It was freezing in a salon I was shivering for 25 hrs . Asked to be more blondcame out ash colourthe lady promised that after a week blond highlights will come out2 weeks nowstill dark ash/violet colour.Will ring next week to ask for refund. Althoughthe owner of the salon was very pleasant.
