Awful. Have requested a call and given specific times I can do and they booked me in for a completely different time to requested. Twice! Obviously can't read simple emails.

Absolutely useless.Customer service is none existent.Once they have you signed up it is impossible to get hold of them.So much so that I had to go to the financial ombudsman.
