Hands that heal have massively improved my mobility and reduced pain that I have suffered with for the last 4 years. Great expertise and knowledge with easy to follow exercises that have been altered as I have improved.

I have seen Ruby following an upper back injury .She has been polite and understanding and very thorough in her approach. After 2 appointments I am feeling much improved . I have had a physical check which made me feel reassured and also a couple of massages along with an exercise plan . The clinic is very welcoming and friendly too
