Got my appointment by going down to the council I was seen within half an hour and had my photo taken and my letters photocopied with no problems at all.

Got my appointment by going down to the council I was seen within half an hour and had my photo taken and my letters photocopied with no problems at all.

No phone number contact so how are people supposed to make an appointment they won't see you without an appointment i was turned away after traveling eight miles there and eight miles back to where i live. !!!!!!!!
