Worst service ever just went to collect my dpd parcel on 14 July at 8:00pm as the manager just told us that we don’t require anything accept photo ID. When I provided my photo ID the manager told us that we required bank card or utility bill . the manager are not concerned with there job and I think he need some more training.

Really friendly helpful staff brilliant with kids lots of patience with them. What a lovely lady made this little ones day.
