As a pretty clueless old duffer when it comes to computers I was recently faced with having to ditch my battered Netbook andXP (yes!) in favour of a new laptop and Windows 11. Luckily I put absolutely everything into the hands of HCS and the result was a WONDERFUL personalised Windows 11 that even I could negotiate. Well done HCS!
