I lived here last year and it was a pretty bad experience. The radiator is too small to heat the room. My room stayed around 18–19°C. Emails were rarely responded to and maintenance issues were often not followed up.

The John Snow reception is visibly racist; gives starkly different treatment to foreigners and those of different faith. As a top university staff needs to be educated about respect and values. Be like Oxbridge who respect diversity
