Took ‘flat white’ a bit too seriously far too hot (basically boiling) said couldn’t take the app so didn’t even get points. There was no sign of information from the staff about this which is the only reason I even went for loyalty scheme. Go to Pret or Costa. Avoid More

At 1443 on Wednesday the 22nd of October 2025 I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks! Matt and Lottie were incredibly efficient and friendly making my visit quick and enjoyable. The service was top-notch and my drink was perfect. Definitely the best Starbucks experience I've had in a while! More
