They came to look at my broken grandfather clock. it's been broken for 1 year and they came and fixed it straight away. And the grandfather clock has been booked in for next year for a full service. Also they were very polite and professional.

What a great place.We had a watch with a broken strap that we had given up hope of ever finding a strap for. It has a complex fitting. The shop managed to source and make fit a strap that looks like it has always been there. Thank you so much.
