Terrible driver. Aggressive over taking at a t junction and using his mobile phone when driving. Heavily tattood right arm. Police informed.
Someone driving a Spencer Civil Engineering branded car almost just rammed us on road not letting other cars merge lanes and beeping aggressively. Says a lot about this company that they’re fine with employees driving so dangerously. Judging from the reviews this isn’t anything new.
