Always starts to close 30 minutes early. If you attend any time around 7 they will have already cleaned the cream machine. So you don't actually get what the menu says. Ridiculous really. Close at 730. Staff when asked about chocolate or hot chocolate had zero knowledge. Very unhelpful

This is the place to go to chill with a great cup of coffee and mouth watering chocolate. The staff are really friendly welcoming knowledgeable and their customer service is second to non. Good value for money when you utilise their VIPME loyalty card (20% off drinks and icecreams) i would give this 6 stars if I could.

Two stars purely on the quality of the drink I received. I ordered an iced orange chocolate to which I received a drink with about 3 ice cubes and bits floating around the bottom. Also had clearly been watered down for some reason. I’ve been to a velvetiser cafe in Glasgow before which was great so this was a big disappointment.
