Laceys Cheese

Did a cheese-making course with Simon which my wife booked as a gift. It was brilliant- Simon is incredibly knowledgeable and good fun. It was a relaxed day but we learnt loads and it’s much easier to understand the processes of making cheese when you’re seeing doing and tasting as you go. Would highly recommend!
