I was told to contact them to help with a small issue and the woman on the phone was rude aggressive and dismissive. People like her give Christians a bad name.

More people should take the time to volunteer it was so informative as to what happens with donations and it was rewarding being able to help xx

Went in with a food bank voucher for me and my family during a very hard time and I was refused because my partner works part time. I said I'd be going to my local councillor about it and was told "dont be stupid" ah well!
