Excellent pet hotel! My dog has been here twice and he seems to like it. He is quite a fussy dog has food allergies and needs daily medication so he's not easy to take care of. Lanchester Pet Resort did a great job with him and we will be returning customers.

My Benny has had the best time here. I don't think he wanted to come home Ihave never seen him so up beat because he hates kennelsbut he went in no probs... thank you for being so patient with him.He's so loved his time with you xx
