very easy to work with. Deal was better than what the Dealership offered. The My Car Credit team worked quickly with the dealership. All very straight forward. Would definitely use again.

Customer service was absolutely shocking and far from supportive. Instead of resolving problems efficiently I had to repeatedly follow up and push for updates. For something that should have been straightforward the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not use them again.
