Came to see me about plans for a tv stand. Said it would be about 4 weeks. Nothing after 6 weeks. Rang to see if still interested to which he said yes would be another few weeks. Loads of messages texts etc. No contact whatsoever.Awful customer service. A simple reply to say not interested would have sufficed.
