Great little butchers. Had a couple of ribeye steaks and every bite was edible and juicy. Just collected the meat for a week and a freezer pack looks like great value.
Butcher was a super friendly guy. Bought a lamb shoulder and 4 short rib burgers. Not had the lamb yet. The burgers were top notch. Delicious
