Deerness Valley Meats

Recently moved to Durham City and despaired of finding a proper butcher until I went to Esh Winning and Deerness Valley Meats. It was the only place I found which had a large joint of beef on the bone and was given lots of advice on how to prepare and carve it. Great choices smashing friendly staff I will be back.

Excellent service and top-quality meat. Everything is always fresh well-cut and reasonably priced for top quality. The staff are friendly helpful and clearly know their products. Easily the best butcher in the area highly recommend.
