My mane concern is santander got rid of some of the best members of staff in this branch and it's definitely not the same as it was before that am changing bank's soon

Received consistently awful customer service here from the same woman baffled as to how she is still employed in a customer facing job. Have frequently had to call customer service after attending in branch to actually get the right answers / service. Total waste of time.
