The bank employee at this branch made me wait for a long time while all the employees stood and talked to each other. I wanted to exchange some coins but the staff refused to let me exchange them. Last time I changed money here the male bank employee enthusiastically changed it for me.
Today visiting the bank with my friend the woman at the desk was super rude to a deaf older man who clearly couldn’t hear her properly and she had an accent. She was having a go at him being stroppy and slamming the tills. She was fine to my friend however witnessing this made us very upset
