Very helpful office based customer service in Newcastle office. My queries were answered quickly and clearly.
Due to your staff putting wrong address on letter I am now waiting 1 hr for some one to answer the phone. you must be operating this branch on a shoe string. WHY not the way to get more customers I think !!!!!
