Just been to Toolstation for a few items which they had in stock. The manager was so helpful and a really good salesperson. Very sad that he’s leaving every time I go he’s always helpful. I’ll probably take my business over the road to screw fix now .

I went to the Ripon store recently and what a breath of fresh air the new manager is she took the time to help me look for what I needed for the project im working on. She really went above and beyond.
