Simon and his team removed two load bearing walls and fitted the necessary steels. They relocated a downstairs toilet to under stairs and fitted a new staircase. I would highly recommend them. Large patio area to pave with difficult corners and edges. Simon and boys did a fantastic job. Ben was meticulous in the cuts and finishing. Sound advice and great ideas on new drainage. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommended. Site was left spotless at the end.
