Agreed to an 'upgrade' on my Vodafone account. The girl was polite and seemed transparent. After receiving my phone I quickly realised I had been put into another contract on top of my current agreement. When trying to speak to someone to get this resolved they wouldn't answer my calls. Shocking really beware.
