Such a friendly atmosphere everyone speaks to each other kids welcome to so you don't need child minders! Family run and warm environment + coffee when you finish!
Family friendly gym that offers lots of various classes for all fitness levels. The instructors push you as a individual to make sure you get the most out of each session personal to your fitness level. Kids can join in or do rock climbing while you work out or relax with a coffee. Highly recommend Rok Bok
