I have noticed how consistently carefully packed all orders are - what a contrast to such as Amazon's sloppy bumped-corners-guaranteed deliveries. Some keen prices on barely damaged stock. Prompt friendly response and so far always delivered more quickly than stated. Very pleased :))

Fast efficient and personal service - it was lovely to get emails from real people letting me know the order progress. And being so used to ordering things only to find that they are not in stock it was great to find the item in stock as promised and quickly dispatched. I'll definitely use again.
