Slow service no idea where youre meant to be served at the chemist section? Beauty till never staffed? Has a feel that its due to be shut down

Very professional and polite and r ally good service

Used to be nice and organised when you wanted to buy something. Now the staff don't understand the concept of a queue randomly selecting people from here and there like it's a bar. No order no function. Customer service skills are also lacking such as basic common courtesy. To be honest I try to avoid this branch if possible.
