It was my husband’s birthday so I booked us both a back shoulder head and face massage. It was our first time visiting the City Retreat Jesmond and we will definitely be booking again. It so incredibly relaxing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Thank you!
Absolutely gorgeous experience. The treatment room was a calming atmosphere and the technician was very warm and welcoming and communicated clearly what to expect as well as asking what level of pressure I preferred. The massage itself was so relaxing and I felt comfortable throughout. More
