The Barber House

I was visiting my son in York and decided to pop in here for a haircut and I'm very happy I did. One of the best haircuts I've ever had with the bonus of him being a very friendly chap. I will be going back here every time I visit York whether I'm in desperate need of a trim or not.

Decided to try this place today after bad experiences with another barbers and so glad I did he did a great job on my my 3 year old son he has always not liked having his haircut but today didnt cry or moan once the owner wasvery friendly and welcoming will definitely be returning More

Why you should ignore the one-star reviews: I was skeptical to begin with because they all were several years old. I conjectured that there had been achange of ownership. I was right. When the barber heard my accent he knew I was American and he mentioned that before Covid he used to have a shop near the train station.
