I had never been in before but had dropped my car off locally for repair and it was freezing. The landlady was lovely and invited me in to warm up - making me a coffee and refusing payment. What a lovely lady and so friendly. As the bar filled up everyone was warm and friendly. Such a lovely experience. Thank you.
