Rooms are clean and comfortable too without the horrible air conditioning units you find in most hotels. And it is conveniently placed in a beautiful landscape with plenty of walks to choose from. We went into an empty pub for lunch. Not a bad menu but we plumped for fish and chips. Expensive at £19.99. They came as a huge portion. Huge piece of cod. Lovely fish best I've had in years. Chips peas side salad etc.Very nice . More
Beautiful old country pub. A couple of ales on and serves food. Had a fire on the go when I popped in for a half. Some lovely old brass on show. Has a pool table. The couple I met running the pub were chatty and friendly. Offers stop overs if eating and drinking in pub. More
