We had an amazing experience with a really helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. Honestly couldn't hope for better advice picking out a ring (especially when you're as particular as I am) than Tracey provided!

Was initially served by a lovely young lady that I presume was fairly new. The older lady had to help her with engraving a charm and using a gift card Had a right stinking attitude in which I nearly walked out twice. 2 stars given as the young lady was lovely but older lady really needs to sort her attitude out
