The lady and young man who helped us with balloons this Friday were so so helpful and speedy. Very relaxed and positive experience. Would definitely recommend card factory to anyone having a party it is so much cheaper and easier than hiring someone or trying to do it yourself.

Visited this shop a couple of times while staying in Durham. All the staff were friendly and helpful including Jill the manager. There is a good selection of cards and gifts displayed in a large space at reasonable prices.

Covid Restrictions are too lack at this location.It had a nice selection of cards but has a limit of 19 people in the small shop.There's just no way you can shop in the store and stay 2m away from 18 other people.The isles are only 1 … More
