Had to return a faulty drying pod and I have to say the customer service at Lakeland at the Metrocentre is second to none. They couldn't have made the process easier and with such a friendly helpful manner. More retailers should take a leaf out of their book for sure. A pleasure to deal with.
The lady working there this morning was very helpful in finding an apron for my grandma. The staff here always know what they're talking about and seem to care.
