Love this facility.Gym is well organised with all equipmentneeded for a decent session multitude of excellent classes with super instructors. Chilled friendly experience!

10k runner's running for themselfs and charities from the North East. 15th run and over 2200 fantastic people doing there best. Fired of by the Mayor and Council sponsored by Bernicia and North Tyneside council. The good that these peolpe do ripples into our community's and the human effort is a sight to be hold. Well done all.
