Awful! My husband accidentally got the date wrong to drop the car off. Rather than call and explain the mechanic called screaming and swearing down the phone that he wanted it moved now! Very unprofessional. We collected the car and booked it in elsewhere. Avoid if you don’t want to be spoken to like an idiot!
