Just had a full windscreen replacementand the service was brilliant from start to finish! Ritchie Sr was the technician who looked after us and he was great! Very friendly and talked us through each stage of the process. Completed well under the allotted time...excellent service we would highly recommend

The guys at Team Valley are amazingly friendly helpful and so knowledgeable I’d certainly recommend to anyone! I had a few hours to kill in the area while my car was being repaired so they were happy to offer me places I could go and work and get a coffee which was great. They also kept me informed when I could come back. Thanks again!

Positive - Good service and finished ahead of time. Negative - The waiting area is very basic with very limited desk space I ended up having to find a café which wasn't ideal for a 3 hr wait
